Lobby Hostess

A Lobby Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel. The role is responsible for providing a warm welcome assisting guests with inquiries coordinating with various hotel departments and ensuring an exceptional luxury guest experience that reflects the standards of a 5-star hotel.

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with directions hotel information facilities events and services.
• Manage guest flow in the lobby and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Coordinate with Front Desk Concierge Bell Desk Housekeeping and F&B teams to meet guest needs.
• Escort VIP guests when required and provide personalized service.
• Handle guest inquiries requests feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities local attractions transportation options and promotions.
• Monitor lobby appearance and report any cleanliness maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support guest relations activities and special events.
• Ensure adherence to hotel standards policies and luxury service protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotels brand image at all times.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in hospitality guest relations customer service or luxury hotel operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional grooming and presentation in line with 5-star hotel standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
