- Job Description:
- The SME Legalization is responsible for the management coordination and execution of legalization and authority approval activities across assigned EGA facilities under the Project Services function within Capital Projects & Engineering.
- The role acts as the Subject Matter Expert and primary focal point for legalization programmes authority submissions and approvals consultant coordination temporary facility compliance authority-related documentation and associated stakeholder coordination.
- The role is hands-on and delivery-focused with direct responsibility for planning coordinating monitoring and progressing assigned legalization and authority approval activities through to completion.
- A key objective of the role is to ensure that applicable authority and legalization requirements are identified early in the project lifecycle and appropriately incorporated into engineering specifications consultant scopes design requirements and project deliverables to minimize approval delays rework non-compliance and future legalization gaps.
