We are urgently hiring an experienced Kitchen Technician for a luxury hotel/resort in Al Ain UAE.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in troubleshooting maintaining and repairing different types of commercial kitchen equipment and ensuring equipment remains safe and operational.

• Troubleshoot maintain and repair kitchen equipment.
  
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
• Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs.
  
• Perform routine inspections of kitchen equipment.
  
• Respond promptly to kitchen equipment breakdowns.
  
• Repair or replace faulty components where required.
  
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  
• Coordinate maintenance requirements with relevant departments.
  
• Maintain tools and work areas in good condition.
  
• Follow hotel/resort maintenance and safety procedures.
  

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Technician or similar technical role.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment.
  
• Good understanding of commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
  
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  
• Hotel resort restaurant hospitality or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
  
• Ability to work independently and respond to equipment breakdowns.
