Job Description
Aztec Middle East Contracting LLC is seeking **4 Junior Site Engineers (Civil)** with at least 2 years of GCC construction experience.
Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of site supervision construction activities project coordination quality control and safety standards to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities in accordance with approved drawings project specifications and quality standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors technicians supervisors and project teams to ensure smooth execution of site operations.
* Monitor daily work progress manpower allocation material availability workmanship quality and site safety compliance.
* Identify and report site issues technical challenges and drawing discrepancies to the Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager.
* Prepare daily progress reports maintain site records and assist with inspections and project documentation.
* Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved project schedules method statements and required standards.
* Assist in material planning resource allocation and coordination of site requirements.
* Support quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements.
* Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* **Minimum 2 years of GCC experience** in civil construction works or site engineering.
* Strong knowledge of civil construction methods site execution and engineering drawings.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and basic project documentation.
* Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction standards quality requirements and site safety regulations.
* Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage site activities coordinate manpower and meet project deadlines.
* Willingness to work at various project locations across the UAE.
Salary & Benefits
**AEDper month** depending on qualifications and experience.
