ELE Interior Design is a friendly boutique Interior Design Studio and we are looking to expand our workplace family with talented Emirati Nationals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking & a passion for Interior Design an Architecture qualification is preferred. You should be able to demonstrate working on high end Residential projects ideally within Dubai. We are looking for someone to grow in our team and offer plenty of opportunity to do so. You should be a clear communicator take instructions be detail orientated deliver work promptly and be able to work independently on executing multiple projects within a team environment.
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects adhering to the companys style and vision.
- Meet with clients to understand their objectives and design needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients vendors and internal teams to address client requirements.
- Prepare presentations and drawings (3D 2D mood boards mock-ups and renderings) for clients.
- Oversee FF&E & Procurement processes.
- Manage project supervision both onsite and remotely ensuring smooth communication with Clients & Contractors.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and propose solutions to the Head of Design & General Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
- Lead and manage the Interior Design department 3D team and interns offering guidance advice and performance management.

Required Skills:
What Were Looking For: Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a draughtsman in the interior design or architectural industry. Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other relevant 3D modeling and rendering software. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles space planning and building codes. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings with excellent attention to detail. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team mentor junior staff and manage workloads effectively. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving design and technical issues quickly and efficiently. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-end residential and hospitality/commercial interior design projects. Certification in project management or design software.
