DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance Department (male candidate). The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Accountant and Accounts Payable & Receivable team supporting daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid accounting foundation looking to grow within an established trading and distribution company.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding payments.
- General Ledger & Journal Entries: Maintain and update daily journal entries general ledger accounts and expense tracking. Reconciliation of corporate card spend & posting of expenses in the accounting system.
- Intercompany accounting: Posting of intercompany entries & monthly reconciliation.
- Bank & Account Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate/resolve any transaction discrepancies.
- Compliance & Auditing: Support VAT/tax filings and assist during internal or external audit preparations.
- Reporting: Help generate weekly & monthly financial reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables).
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero Tally & zoho books).
- Strong numerical accuracy and analytical mindset.
- High level of integrity confidentiality and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment.

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on accounting experience (experience in a trading wholesale or distribution company is a strong plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables). Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero Tally & zoho books). Competencies: Strong numerical accuracy and analytical mindset. High level of integrity confidentiality and organizational skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment.
