Qualification (minimum)

Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Experience (minimum)

7 years experience in maintenance of Filed Instruments and Control systems in Oil and Gas Industries.

Job Description

* Conduct calibration and overhauling work for the control valves and field instruments record all data calibration report for future references

* Attend to breakdowns and perform corrective actions ensuring adherence to procedures

* Carryout preventive maintenance activities at all plant locations according to defined schedules to facilitate uninterrupted operations

* Carry out troubleshooting on PLC DCS Hydraulic Control Electro-Mechanical and other controllers of the control systems.

* Conduct troubleshooting testing maintenance installation inspection pre-commissioning commissioning start-up and operation support.

* Check all Instrument materials about the quantity for emergency purposes in the warehouse.

* Assists in equipment start up and commissioning after maintenance activity is completed to ensure smooth recommencing of operations.
