HR Systems Specialist

The Opportunity
The HR department seeks an incumbent to support the digitalization and automation of Human Resources services through the management enhancement and optimization of HR systems and applications. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy integration and effective utilization of HR data and systems to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

The Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems and applications to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and processes.

• Analyze business requirements and recommend system enhancements that improve HR operations and employee experience.

• Support the implementation configuration testing and enhancement of HR systems and digital solutions.

• Ensure accurate integration and exchange of HR data between systems in accordance with approved standards.

• Monitor data quality and maintain the accuracy integrity and confidentiality of employee information.

• Develop and generate HR reports dashboards and analytics to support management decision-making and workforce planning.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies information security requirements and data governance standards.

• Provide user support troubleshooting and training related to HR systems and applications.

• Coordinate with technology teams and system vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.

• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve service delivery through technology.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems processes and digital initiatives.

• Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

The Requirements

• Bachelors degree in human resources Information Systems Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Systems HR Operations HR Technology or a relevant field.
