Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals

- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes effectively

- Oversee performance management and employee relations initiatives

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies

- Coordinate training and development programs for staff

Requirements & Skills:

- 5–7 years of experience in HR operations or a related field

- Proven expertise in HR best practices and labor laws

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office suite

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field

- Professional HR certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
