HR Operations Manager

Dr Job FZLLC, a leading IT System Custom Software Development company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all HR functions to ensure a smooth and efficient operation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires

- Oversee employee relations, including resolving issues and managing performance evaluations

- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations

- Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge

- Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements & Skills:

- 4–6 years of experience in HR operations management

- Proven track record in handling full-cycle recruitment and employee relations

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- HR certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Experience working in the IT industry
