Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff members.
- Handle employee inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
