We are hiring an HR Account Manager to manage client accounts manpower outsourcing and HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and identify workforce requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding payroll operations and invoicing activities.
- Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals pricing reports and service agreements.
- Track deployments contract renewals and service delivery.
- Resolve client issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company and UAE labour requirements.
