We are hiring! This is a full-time role for a Housekeeping / Cleaning Supervisor based in Dubai. The Housekeeping / Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily cleaning and housekeeping operations across assigned locations ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation are consistently maintained. Should be aware of cleaning tools equipment and machineries cleaning chemicals etc. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning teams scheduling and allocating daily tasks conducting site inspections maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and coordinating with facility management for smooth operations. Required Qualifications Minimum 35 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision within hospitality hotels restaurants commercial buildings or warehouses Proven ability to lead motivate and manage a multicultural team Strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple sites and handle operational challenges effectively Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory Filipino male candidates preferred
