We have a great opportunity for a Health Club Coordinator to join our Health Club and Recreation team. The successful applicant shall be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the Health Club and Recreation providing excellent guest / customer service and supporting both guests and our colleagues.

What will youdo

• Handle reservations manage the front desk provides customer service and maintains the spas cleanliness and organization.
• Play a role in inventory management promotes health club services and potentially assist with financial tasks.
• To ensure smooth administration of Health Club to the standard required by the Hotel
• To coordinate all internal and external correspondence incoming e-mail and other assigned administrative duties
• To provide a courteous professional efficient and flexible service always.
• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
• To ensure that an efficient and accurate filling system both manual as well as electronically is always maintained
