ملخص الوظيفة

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading UAE-based manufacturer of innovative and sustainable building materials to recruit an experienced Head of Sales. The role will lead the sales function drive project-led revenue growth and strengthen relationships with key architects consultants developers and contractors across the UAE and wider GCC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth market penetration and project sales across key markets.

-Lead manage and develop the sales team setting clear targets KPIs and performance expectations.

-Build and strengthen relationships with architects consultants developers contractors and other key project stakeholders.

-Drive specification-led sales by positioning the companys products at the early design and project planning stages.

-Identify and secure major project opportunities managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to project closure.

-Monitor market trends competitor activity sales pipelines and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

-Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Architecture Construction or a related field.

-10 years of progressive sales experience with strong exposure to project sales within building materials or related construction products.

-Proven experience working for a manufacturer of building materials or construction products with a strong understanding of technical and specification-led selling.

-Established relationships with architects consultants developers contractors and other key stakeholders within the UAE construction market.

-Demonstrable track record of securing and managing large-scale projects and achieving multi-million AED sales targets.
