ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Head of Investment Banking to lead the firms M&A activities withresponsibility for deal origination buyer identification transaction execution and deal closure.

The role will focus on sourcing companies securing advisory mandates and identifying suitable strategicbuyers private equity firms family offices and investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and originate M&A opportunities.

Build relationships with business owners founders shareholders and senior management.

Identify and approach suitable strategic and financial buyers.

Develop and manage a strong pipeline of buy-side and sell-side opportunities.

Lead the full M&A process from initial discussion through valuation due diligence negotiation and closing.

Prepare and review teasers CIMs financial analysis valuations and transaction presentations.

Coordinate with clients buyers lawyers accountants and other advisors throughout the transaction.

Negotiate transaction terms and support clients in achieving successful deal outcomes.

Build and maintain a strong network of investors private equity firms family offices and corporate buyers.

Drive revenue growth for the investment banking function.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong experience in Investment Banking M&A Corporate Finance Private Equity or Transaction Advisory.

Proven track record in deal origination and successful M&A execution.

Strong network of business owners investors strategic buyers private equity firms and family offices.

Experience handling mid-market transactions.

Strong financial analysis valuation negotiation and commercial skills.

Ability to independently manage transactions from origination through closing.

Strong executive presence and relationship-building capability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting Business or related field.

MBA CFA CA ACCA CPA or equivalent qualification would be an advantage.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Investment Banking
