Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in delivering high-quality hair services, building strong client relationships, and supporting team standards in a fast-paced salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide expert hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
· Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and services
· Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and client care
· Upsell salon services and retail products
· Support junior stylists and contribute to a positive team environment
· Stay updated on current trends and techniques
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist or similar role
· Strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Ability to work in a team and handle a busy schedule
· Relevant certification or training in hairdressing
· English communication skill is a must; Arabic language is an advantage
Preferred:
· Experience in premium salon environments
· Knowledge of latest hair trends and treatments
