We are seeking a confident elegant and guest-focused Guest Experience Agent / Hostess to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a world-class hospitality brand while engaging with VIPs dignitaries and high-profile guests in an international luxury environment.

As the first point of contact at exclusive events and official functions you will play a key role in delivering a refined welcoming and memorable guest experience aligned with global protocol and luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist VIP guests with warmth professionalism and discretion
• Ensure smooth guest flow seating arrangements and event coordination
• Deliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences
• Uphold international etiquette and cultural protocol standards
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution of VIP events
• Manage guest lists RSVPs and confidential information
• Distribute event briefings and support operational communication
• Represent the hotel brand with poise elegance and impeccable conduct
• Advise guests on local customs and etiquette

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in hospitality guest relations events or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance with a passion for luxury service
• Comfortable in fast-paced high-profile environments
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
• Minimum height requirement: 165 cm

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 5000 per month (approx. USD 1530 / EUR 1170)
