Government-Owned Fund, Functional Operating Partner for Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

Client > Newly established government-owned sovereign wealth fund in Emirates established in January 2026 to focus on real estate infrastructure development and economic diversification

Ideal Candidate > A proven RGM Candidate to build and stabilize RGM as a hands-on interim leader — not to advise on it. Someone who has done this before more than once and can get into the detail when the data is messy and the path isn't clear yet

Main Tasks > 1) Standing up RGM from scratch in a large multi-country CPG/F&B business: trade terms pricing promotions price-pack architecture assortment and customer profitability. 2) Building the playbooks and the operating rhythm running early pilots and transferring the capability to a permanent team once hired. 3) Working environment is fragmented and low-maturity — imperfect data multiple business units execution that depends on mandate as much as method.

Must have > 1) Has personally built run or reset an RGM function at least once before — not designed it run it 2) Senior commercial background: RGM pricing trade investment category or sales leadership in CPG or F&B 3) Comfortable operating with incomplete data and getting hands-on with the detail not just directing from above 4) Track record of taking RGM from strategy into live execution

Strongly preferred > 1) Regional experience: UAE Egypt KSA Jordan 2) GCC modern trade and distributor-led / route-to 3) Experience in a multi-BU or federated organization

Will NOT work > Pure strategy or diagnostic consulting background with no operating record Someone who has only ever worked with mature data and established systems. Priority is someone who has done this job before in a comparable environment over someone with a stronger brand-name background but no repeat hands-on delivery

Work Location > UAE-based pot. regional travel to Egypt KSA Jordan

Rates > These individuals are expected to bring a high economic impact to the fund leveraging their track record in driving growth profitability and enterprise value creation within complex organizations. Extremely interesting daily rates offered.
