Governess Private Educator – Luxury Estate

Le Chene is supporting an Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family in Dubai to appoint an experienced Governess / Private Educator to oversee the educational development early learning and daily routines of two young children (aged 5 and 3).

• Educational & Developmental Support: Deliver structured age-appropriate learning in literacy phonicsnumeracy handwriting and school readiness for the 5-year-old while guiding early play-based learning languageand sensory development for the 3-year-old.
• SEN & Behavioral Guidance: Support emotional regulation attention sensory and behavioral needs working alongside parents teachers and specialists as required.
• Routine & Enriched Learning: Establish structured daily routines manage homework/nursery coordination and curate engaging extracurricular activities cultural outings and positive social interactions.
• Hands-On Care & Travel: Provide supportive hands-on childcare within a fully staffed estate adapting flexibly during international family travel holidays and schedule changes.

• Proven experience as a Governess Private Educator or Governess/Nanny within UHNW or high-profile private households
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development (ages 26) and structured learning frameworks
• Practical SEN experience (or exposure to sensory attention or behavioral support) is highly desirable
• Relevant early childhood or teaching qualifications (e.g. QTS Norland CACHE Level 3 Montessori or SEN certification) preferred
• Native-level or fluent English communication skills
• Full flexibility for international travel valid Paediatric First Aid/CPR certification and high discretion

• Base Salary: Starting from AED 18000 per month (negotiable based on candidate caliber SEN credentials and background)
