Act as technical advisor for gas specialist / fuel gas systems expert scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation. Lead technical due diligence verify compliance with project/offtaker requirements identify risks and deviations prepare clarifications support technical evaluation and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Professional registration chartership or OEM/utility/off-taker experience is preferred
Additional Information :
Required Experience
- 10 years in fuel gas systems for power plants oil & gas or IPP projects with technical advisory or EPC design review experience
Technical Expertise
- Fuel gas receiving and conditioning; pressure reducing/metering station; filtration/heating; gas quality; Wobbe index; gas chromatograph; purge/vent; hazardous area; gas compressor where applicable; fuel gas safety. API ASME B31.3/B31.8 as applicable NFPA IECEx/ATEX principles ISO gas measurement standards OEM fuel gas requirements
Commercial/Contract Awareness
- Ability to read and comment on IPP/PPA/EPC technical schedules guarantees LD-linked performance clauses interface obligations acceptance testing requirements and developer deviations
