ملخص الوظيفة
Foreman Chilled Water Ducting Electrical HVAC Infrastructure & Plumbing
- Lead site teams and allocate daily tasks according to approved drawings and work schedules.
- Supervise installation activities ensuring workmanship meets project specifications.
- Coordinate materials tools and manpower with engineers and other trades.
- Monitor progress enforce safety requirements and report site issues.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirement for all positions:
- Minimum 5 year experience in relevant field (MEP BMS Electromechanical).
- UAE Experience will be preferred.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction projects. Experience in industrial commercial warehouse infrastructure or large-scale building projects. Strong knowledge of international quality standards inspection procedures and construction specifications. Experience working with consultants clients and subcontractors in the UAE/GCC is preferred.
