Dabur USA is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Head of Finance to lead the finance function for its growing U.S. business. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial performance governance planning and compliance of a business with an annual turnover of approximately USD 15 million.
Reporting directly to the Business Head the successful candidate will serve as the key finance business partner driving financial strategy and supporting commercial growth while ensuring strong financial controls and regulatory compliance. The role also manages one finance support resource based in Dubai.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end finance function for Dabur USA.
- Partner with the Business Head to drive financial planning profitability and business performance.
- Prepare annual budgets forecasts and long-term financial plans.
- Deliver monthly financial reporting management accounts variance analysis and performance insights.
- Monitor cash flow working capital and overall financial health of the business.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP tax regulations statutory requirements and internal corporate policies.
- Liaise with external auditors tax advisors banks and regulatory authorities.
- Strengthen internal controls financial governance and risk management processes.
- Support commercial decision-making through financial analysis pricing margin optimization and business case evaluations.
- Coordinate closely with the regional and global finance teams.
- Lead mentor and manage the finance support resource based in Dubai.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or a related discipline; CPA CMA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience with experience leading the finance function of a business unit.
- Prior experience within the ethnic food FMCG consumer goods or distribution sector is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis (FP&A) accounting taxation compliance and business partnering.
- Experience working in a multinational environment with regional or global reporting.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in day-to-day finance operations.
- Indian-origin professionals with U.S. Citizenship or a valid Green Card (must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship).
- Experience within the South Asian/ethnic consumer goods or FMCG industry will be a significant advantage.
- Commercially driven finance leader with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence business decisions.
