Field Maintenance Worker

Health Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Follow all workplace safety standards and report incidents or near misses.
• Adhere to WI/SOPs and ensure safe work through Permit to Work (PTW) Hot Work Permit (HWP) and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
• Maintain good housekeeping across all work areas.

Systems & Processes

• Follow maintenance procedures and maintain accurate records checklists and logs.
• Support spare parts management and ensure compliance documentation is updated.

Maintenance Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for admixture plants and support Powder & Resin plants.
• Execute PM activities attend breakdowns and support RCA/CAPA actions.
• Inspect equipment report issues and ensure availability of critical spares.
• Support shift work and emergency maintenance when required.

Projects & MOC

• Support installation commissioning and modification works.
• Ensure contractor safety compliance and proper permit processes.

Continuous Improvement & 5S

• Participate in Kaizen and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain 5S standards across assigned areas.

Qualifications :

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or Instrumentation
• 02 years of experience in maintenance or fresh graduates with relevant technical training
• Basic knowledge of electrical mechanical or plant equipment
• Understanding of safety practices such as PTW and LOTO is an advantage
• Willingness to learn follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to handle routine maintenance tasks
• Flexibility to work in shifts and support emergency maintenance when required

Technical Skills

• Experience in electrical instrumentation pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Basic mechanical and plumbing knowledge with troubleshooting capability.

Additional Information :

Fluent in English Hindi and good communication skills
