Female Client Relationship Executive – Real Estate

Job Location – Dubai Salary – AED 3,000 – 4,000 Job Role: • Interact and interface with Clients in person, phone and emails • Market and promote commercial and residential properties to existing clients and potential investors. • Advise potential clients/investors on the options of Real Estate Investment opportunities in Dubai and other locations in the UAE. • Schedule meetings in the office and on project sites for existing clients and potential investors. • Handle day to day Client concerns, provide resolutions, and escalate as necessary. • Provide administrative support. • Other duties and projects as assigned Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus • Customer Service experience Interacting with Clients - Tenants, Prospective Buyers, Real Estate Agents will be preferred. • Experience in handling residential and commercial clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be Fluent in English language. Arabic speaking will be a plus • Strong interpersonal skills especially working with clients via phone and email • Skills - Attention to detail and excellent follow-through. • Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint Skills Candidates with relevant experience can email your CV
