- Review MEP drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor maintenance activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems including Chiller and DX units.
- Coordinate and follow up with AMC contractors to ensure Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules are executed on time.
- Monitor facility maintenance works and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Prepare and update basic technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance-related activities.
- Maintain maintenance records reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies UAE regulations and health & safety standards.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 24 years of experience in Retail Facility Management within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems particularly Chiller and DX units.
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience coordinating with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing basic drawings.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with UAE facility management standards and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings residential and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes project controls and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
