- Entering Customer RFQ into the ERP
- Maintaining the Sales Register/Customer Data/Records
- Making the Documents for Sales/Systems Files/Manuals
- Arranging & Assisting into the VISA related Jobs
- All documentation work like Country of origin, Registration, Other Misc work related to sales.
- Arrange logistics for the sales invoices and sharing the dispatch information with customers.
- Arranging the Gate Pass/Entry permits
- ERP related data updating & Upgradations
- Taking Appointments and arranging meetings
- Arrange Exhibitions and related work to the exhibitions
- Sending Invitations to the customers for Exhibitions and preparing the customer database.
- Arranging Outgoing Couriers, assisting into the IT related jobs.
- Purchase Related work
- Travel PO and travel arrangements
- Local purchase for the Company-making PO and tracking the material.
