Enterprise Telecom Field Technician – Fiber & Networking

We are seeking experienced Enterprise Telecom Field Technicians to support the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise telecommunications services across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fiber optic networks routers switches LAN/WAN connectivity and on-site technical support for enterprise customers.

• Install configure maintain and troubleshoot enterprise telecom services and network equipment.
• Handle fiber optic (FTTH/FTTB) routers switches modems LAN/WAN and connectivity-related issues.
• Visit enterprise customer premises for installations maintenance fault diagnosis and service restoration.
• Conduct network testing identify technical faults and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve complex network issues.
• Provide professional customer support and ensure timely service delivery.
• Update work orders job status and technical reports accurately.
• Complete assigned tasks within operational timelines and service-level requirements.
• Maintain tools equipment vehicle cleanliness uniform and professional grooming standards.
• Follow safety guidelines operational procedures and customer service standards.

• Valid UAE Driving License Mandatory.
• 13 years of relevant telecom field experience preferably in enterprise telecom services.
• Diploma in Telecommunications Electronics IT or Networking preferred.
• Hands-on experience with routers switches LAN/WAN fiber optics and network troubleshooting.
• Experience in enterprise customer installations maintenance and technical fault resolution.
• Strong problem-solving communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites across Dubai.
• Familiarity with field service management systems and technical reporting is an advantage.

A technically competent field-oriented telecom professional with experience in enterprise network installations maintenance troubleshooting and customer support.

Monthly salary of AED with company-provided employment visa and health insurance. Accommodation is not provided.
