Engineer - IT Support

Role Summary:
Provide end-user technical support troubleshoot hardware/software issues manage IT assets and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop laptop printer and application support.
• Troubleshoot Windows Microsoft 365 network and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts email access and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Log and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and documentation.
• Support basic network server and security administration.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and hardware maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Windows OS and Microsoft 365 support.
• Active Directory/Azure AD knowledge.
• Basic networking (LAN/WAN VPN DNS DHCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
