Le Chene is supporting an authentic Georgian restaurant located in JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) Dubai to appoint welcoming and engaging Guest Relations Officers (Emirati Nationals) on a flexible part-time basis.
About the Role
As the primary point of contact and the welcoming face of the restaurant you will set the tone for our guests dining experience. This role focuses on delivering warm authentic Emirati hospitality engaging with Arabic-speaking guests and ensuring every visitor feels comfortable valued and exceptional.
Scope & Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet and welcome arriving guests offering a memorable first impression
Engage and converse naturally with Arabic-speaking guests to enhance their dining experience and comfort
Act as an ambassador for the restaurant assisting guests with seating preferences and general inquiries
Coordinate closely with the restaurant management and floor team to maintain high service standards
Gather guest feedback in a friendly conversational and professional manner
Candidate Profile
UAE Nationals (Emirati) with a passion for hospitality cultural exchange and interpersonal communication
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
Warm approachable demeanor with high interpersonal skills and professional presentation
Prior hospitality experience is welcomed but not requiredenthusiasm and high engagement are key
Flexible and adaptable mindset suited for a dynamic dining atmosphere in JBR
Work Schedule & Community Focus
Workload: Part-time 15 20 hours per week (ideal for balancing personal academic or family commitments)
