Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings layouts and schematics for ELV systems including but not limited to CCTV Access Control Structured Cabling Public Address Systems and Fire Alarm systems.
Develop shop drawings asbuilt drawings and coordination layouts based on project requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D) Revit (preferred) and other design software.
Strong knowledge of ELV systems standards and installation methodologies.
Familiarity with international standards like NFPA BICSI and TIA/EIA is an advantage.
Maintain and update drawing documentation as per project revisions.
Coordinate with engineers project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Verify that designs comply with relevant standards codes and client requirements.
Assist in resolving technical issues related to designs during project implementation.
Support tender and proposal teams with design inputs including BOQs material schedules and conceptual layouts.
Conduct site visits to ensure accuracy in asbuilt drawings.
Review and validate drawings for quality assurance before submission
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Requirements

Professional Experience:

Minimum 3 5 years of experience as an ELV Draughtsman in the construction engineering or related industry.
Proven experience with ELV systems and their integration
