Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Engineering / EPC / Industrial Automation sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLD) load lists and power distribution layouts.
- Prepare cable sizing calculations cable schedules and termination schedules.
- Design earthing and lightning protection systems.
- Review vendor quotations technical bids and engineering documentation.
- Supervise LV/MV installation cable laying testing and commissioning.
- Develop instrumentation deliverables including P&IDs Instrument Index I/O Lists and Hook-up Drawings.
- Configure PLC DCS SCADA and HMI systems including logic and alarm configuration.
- Participate in FAT SAT commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
Required Skills
- Electrical Engineering Design Power distribution SLD and cable engineering.
- Instrumentation Engineering Instrument selection datasheets and loop design.
- PLC/DCS/SCADA Configuration programming and commissioning.
- Commissioning & Testing Loop checks energization and functional testing.
- Vendor Management Technical bid evaluation and document review.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation Standards.
- Experience in EPC or Process Plant Projects.
- Excellent technical documentation and coordination skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 25 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering within EPC Oil & Gas Process Plant or Industrial Automation projects. Experience in design installation commissioning and control systems is preferred.
Education
- Minimum: B.E./ in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering
- Preferred: Masters Degree or relevant Industrial Automation Certification
- Additional Certifications: PLC/DCS/SCADA Training (Preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
Required Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
