Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may have.
3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Identify and report any trends in customer feedback to improve our products and services.
6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
8. Meet or exceed customer service expectations and performance metrics.
