This role is pivotal in delivering advanced patient-centered vascular care across a broad spectrum of conditions including peripheral arterial disease aneurysms venous disorders and complex endovascular interventions. As a Consultant you will play a key leadership role in clinical service delivery multidisciplinary team coordination and the continuous improvement of surgical outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiologists cardiologists vascular physicians and nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide expert clinical consultation and second opinions for complex or high-risk cases.
Mentor and supervise surgical trainees fellows and junior staff contributing to professional development and training excellence.
Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols quality improvement initiatives and audit processes.
Contribute to clinical research publish outcomes data and engage in innovation in vascular surgical techniques and technologies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international guidelines emerging treatments and technological advancements in vascular surgery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards patient safety protocols and documentation requirements.
Represent the department in hospital governance clinical strategy and service development meetings.

MBBS or equivalent medical degree with full registration and licensure to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Completion of advanced surgical training with a recognized fellowship in Vascular Surgery.
Minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship experience in a clinical vascular surgery role.
Proven track record in performing a wide range of open and endovascular vascular procedures with excellent clinical outcomes.
Strong leadership and teaching abilities with experience in training and supervising surgical teams.
Demonstrated involvement in clinical research publications or presentations at national/international conferences.
