Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Construction Manager in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from planning through final handover.
- Coordinate site teams subcontractors consultants and suppliers.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and milestone completion.
- Manage project budgets costs and resource utilization.
- Enforce site safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Construction Management Manage end-to-end project execution.
- Project Scheduling Plan and track timelines effectively.
- Cost Control Monitor budgets and optimize expenditures.
- Safety Compliance Implement HSE standards and regulations.
- Stakeholder Management Coordinate with clients architects and vendors.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced project management software proficiency.
- Contract administration experience.
- Large-scale infrastructure project exposure.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 810 years of construction management experience with a proven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams managing budgets and delivering projects within timelines is essential.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferred: Masters Degree in Construction Management / Project Management
- Additional: PMP PRINCE2 NEBOSH or equivalent certifications
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
