Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in the core construction industry.

- UAE construction experience is mandatory.

- Candidates with strong Indian construction experience will also be considered.

- Experience with building construction projects is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and preparation of detailed construction drawings.

- Ability to prepare and modify shop drawings working drawings and as-built drawings.

- Coordinate drawings with Architectural Structural MEP and site teams.

- Review drawings and incorporate site/engineering changes as required.

- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and approved standards.

- Ability to understand architectural and structural drawings and coordinate discrepancies.

- Good knowledge of construction methods materials and site requirements.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

- Candidates with relevant building construction experience are strongly preferred.

- Candidates should have hands-on experience working with construction/site teams.
