ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for a Composite Production Technician to join our growing manufacturing team and support the production of advanced composite components for UAVs and aerospace systems.
If you have strong hands-on skills attention to detail and experience working with materials or mechanical craftwork this role could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities
- Produce composite parts according to technical instructions
- Prepare molds and composite materials for manufacturing
- Perform material cutting layup and vacuum bagging
- Operate curing processes such as ovens or autoclaves
- Demold finished composite components
- Maintain tools workspace and workshop equipment
- Track working hours per work order and support daily production reporting
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company safety standards
Required Qualifications
Secondary education
13 years of experience in composite preparation or similar production environments
Experience in mechanical or craft-related work such as:
- Car foiling
- Tailoring
- Mold making
- Mechanical assembly
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Technical Skills
- Material cutting and layup techniques
- Vacuum bagging and preparation for curing
- Demolding composite parts
- Use of tools such as rollers scissors cutters
