الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
• Monitor setting of the manhour targets of the company
• Coordinating with all other departments to prepare the comprehensive technical proposal in accordance RFQ/ITT and as per management procedure.
• Follow up tenders with customers, agents and negotiating the contracts.
• Receiving enquiries from the customer for the projects and ensure competitive tenders are submitted to customers
• Forecasting business trends and targets new business opportunities
• Supervise the day-to-day operations assigned for the Estimation department/section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
