Roles & Responsibilities
· Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones for construction, engineering, and Fitout projects.
· Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
· Serve as a central point of contact for project teams, facilitating communication and information exchange with Client.
· Organize and conduct regular inter-department project meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and action item follow-up.
· Coordinate resource allocation for projects, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
· Maintain project schedules and resource calendars, tracking resource utilization and availability.
