The Role

Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial strategies that support business growth.
Manage key customer relationships and commercial negotiations.
Evaluate commercial risks and opportunities across the business.
Lead pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
Monitor commercial performance against agreed KPIs.
Support tender submissions and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with Finance on commercial planning and forecasting.
Build strong relationships with strategic partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Lead commercial reporting and executive presentations.
Support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
Develop and mentor commercial team members.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related discipline.
8 years of commercial management experience.
Strong understanding of contract management and commercial negotiations.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
