Client Service Associate (Part-Time)– UAE Nationals, Abu Dhabi

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Join Cartier as a Client Service Associate and play a key role in delivering a seamless after-sales experience. As an ambassador of the Maison you will support clients throughout their service journey ensuring every interaction reflects Cartiers standards of excellence.

As a UAE National this role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global luxury environment working closely with experienced teams and engaging with a diverse clientele.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION

• Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to clients

• Act as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries

• Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care
• Monitor service files and ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience
• Contribute to client satisfaction and after-sales performance

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US

• Minimum 3 years experience in client service (luxury is a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

• Interest in jewellery watches and after-sales service

• Comfortable using systems and tools (MS Office CRM)

• Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus)

PART-TIME CONTRACT

Part-time permanent role with a structured compensation package including commission and bonus.
