This pivotal in-house role will be responsible for managing our UK client desk from our vibrant Dubai office. As a Client Retention Manager you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our high-value UK clients operating within regulated high-volume markets for a trusted global brand.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with existing UK clients to foster strong relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Implement effective retention and re-activation strategies to minimize churn and maximize client lifetime value.
Drive strong deposit volumes through expert client management and conversion techniques.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently upholding the brands reputation for exceptional service.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience and identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain an ethical approach to all client interactions ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

We are seeking a professional with a proven track record and a performance-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will possess:
Demonstrated Experience: A strong background in Retention Re-activation Conversion Sales or Client Recovery.
Market Expertise: Experience in Forex CFD or Trading is a significant advantage.
Ethical Acumen: An ethical mindset coupled with strong closing abilities.
Client Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage high-value UK clients.
Communication: Strong English language skills are essential with a British accent being a distinct advantage.
Location: Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred ready to work on-site.
Nationality Requirement: Due to business requirements we are specifically seeking European British American South African or APAC Nationals.
