Civil Site Manager

Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.

Review and interpret construction drawings plans and specifications.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed as per approved standards.

Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental regulations on-site.

Coordinate with architects consultants and project managers for smooth project flow.

Prepare site progress reports maintain documentation and update project timelines.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues or discrepancies during execution.

Manage materials manpower allocation and ensure cost control on-site.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address queries and provide updates.

Ensure proper implementation of design modifications and project changes.

Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

2 to 5 years of experience in site supervision and civil project execution (freshers with strong internship experience may also be considered).

Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and relevant codes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Knowledge of site safety protocols and quality control procedures.

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
