Chief Finance Officer - Pizza Hut Digital amp Technology

Pizza Hut Global Finance Markets (GFM) is looking for a talented highachieving CFO. This person will be a member of the GFM Leadership Team responsible for all Pizza Hut GFM Finance activities including the development approval and execution of policiesstrategies objectives and plans designed to achieve approved growth revenue and profit targets. Functional areas include all financial deliverables including engagement with financial control tax/treasury financial planning insurance/risk management and business review/audits.

• Lead a geographically dispersed team and collaborate with global colleagues regional GMs franchise partners.
• Embrace technology for efficiency manage tight margins and build relationships across different cultures and organizations.

Role Purpose:

• Develop and execute commercial business strategy across Pizza Hut GFM business unit.
• Lead the business unit representing over $5bn sales and 40% total Pizza Hut global profit.
• Focus on 6 regions: Latin America and Caribbean Europe North Asia South Asia Middle East & Pakistan Turkey Africa and Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Lead GFM finance function and partner with leadership team.
• Provide input to strategic planning overseeing financial programs and building relationships with key franchisees.
• Coach and mentor emerging leaders nurture culture of empowerment within the finance team.

Requirements:

• Sr. leader with success in consumerfacing background.
• Deal well with complexity influence across functions and develop efficient mechanisms.
• Tertiary degree in Finance ACA/CPA qualification minimum 15 years of overall business experience.
