We are seeking an exceptional highly detailed and hands-on Chef Catering Manager to oversee premium catering operations for exclusive VIP guests. This unique role bridges elite culinary artistry with comprehensive business operations management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary foundation as a Chef and have successfully transitioned into a multi-unit or large-scale Catering Manager position. You will be fully responsible for orchestrating flawless fine-dining experiences commanding back-of-house (BOH) kitchen execution and masterminding front-of-house (FOH) luxury service and table setups..

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage a strong culinary background to design innovate and execute bespoke Michelin-grade fine-dining menus tailored to VVIP and UHNWI preferences.

Supervise kitchen execution during high-profile events ensuring that food quality presentation temperature and taste strictly adhere to ultra-luxury standards.

Conduct regular recipe costing ingredient sourcing and waste-control audits to optimize culinary gross margins without compromising premium quality.

Maintain absolute hands-on control over high-end catering operations coordinating seamless transitions between kitchen preparation and front-of-house service.

Oversees and implement flawless elegant table setups silver service protocols and aesthetic venue integration aligned with strict fine-dining benchmarks.

Serve as the primary polished point of contact for VIP clients during events managing highly sensitive requirements with utmost discretion diplomacy and execution.

Manage overall business and commercial operations for the catering division including full P&L accountability budgeting and cost control.

Oversee supply chain logistics vendor procurement contracts and luxury asset inventories (premium chinaware silver equipment) across properties.

Drive rigorous operational training programs for both culinary and hospitality service staff to maintain consistent white-glove execution standards.

Ensure absolute compliance with global and regional municipal health safety and HACCP food hygiene regulations across all food preparation and event spaces.

Requirements

Approximately 10 years of progressive experience within premium hospitality luxury 5-star hotels or elite catering operators.

A verified career progression from a hands-on restaurant Chef role into a multi-unit or senior Catering Manager position is mandatory.

VIP Focus: Extensive documented experience directly managing high-end catering operations and private activations for VIP/UHNWI guests.

Deep technical knowledge of fine-dining standards menu mapping and sophisticated elegant table/event setups.

Regional GCC experience is strictly mandatory demonstrating a solid understanding of local VIP hospitality protocols supplier networks and cultural preferences.

Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic or other European languages are highly advantageous.
