Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Asian Cuisine Chefs with strong wok cooking skills to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in Chinese Japanese Indonesian and Indian cuisine while maintaining speed consistency hygiene and food quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes.
- Operate wok station efficiently during busy service periods.
- Ensure consistency in taste presentation and portion control.
- Prepare sauces marinades and fresh ingredients.
- Maintain food quality and freshness.
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Minimize food waste and maintain stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Support other kitchen staff during peak operations.
