The ideal candidate will accurately process customer orders handle payments and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced Asian fast-food restaurant. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide professional service. Process orders through the POS system. Handle cash credit card and digital payments accurately. Maintain an accurate cash float and prepare end-of-shift reports. Coordinate customer orders with the kitchen. Answer customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints. Maintain cleanliness of the cashier counter and dining area. Upsell menu items and promotions. Follow company hygiene and food safety standards. Requirements Minimum 3 years of cashier experience in restaurants or fast-food outlets. Experience in Asian or Fast Food restaurants preferred. Good English communication skills. Basic computer and POS knowledge. Ability to work under pressure.
