Camp Boss

Founded in 1978 Al Marwan Group is a diversified organization serving the construction heavy machinery Oil & Gas real estate development and Hospitality sectors across the GCC. The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.

Looking for an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to manage the day-to-day operations of our employee accommodation facilities and ensure a clean safe and well-maintained living environment for the workforce.

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of staff accommodation and labour camps.

• Ensure cleanliness hygiene safety and proper maintenance of all accommodation facilities.

• Manage and maintain the camp kitchen facilities ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep.

• Coordinate room allocation employee check-in and check-out procedures.

• Monitor accommodation occupancy and maintain accurate employee records.

• Coordinate housekeeping maintenance and repair activities.

• Address employees accommodation-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with HR Administration Transport and Maintenance teams.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.

• High school certificate or higher educational qualification is preferred.

• Previous UAE experience in labour camp or staff accommodation management is preferred.

• Good knowledge of accommodation operations hygiene standards and facility maintenance.

• Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage a large workforce and handle day-to-day camp operations.
