About the Role

The Butler provides personalized discreet and high-end service to assigned guests ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury stay. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs managing special requests and delivering exceptional personalized services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized butler services to VIP and assigned guests

• Handle guest requests preferences and special arrangements

• Coordinate with Housekeeping Front Office and F&B for guest needs

• Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively ensuring complete guest satisfaction

• Arrange dining transportation and in-room experiences

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including classic cocktails coffees and specialty drinks

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred

• 24 years experience as Butler or in luxury hotel guest service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of professionalism grooming and discretion

• Knowledge of VIP service standards in luxury hotels

• Flexible to work shifts weekends and holidays

• Fluency in English (mandatory)

• Additional languages highly preferred: Russian French Spanish Italian Arabic
