Business Development Manager – Luxury Travel

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join a premium luxury travel company specializing in bespoke and highly curated travel experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their own book of business develop a strong personal client portfolio and take genuine ownership of their growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop your own portfolio of clients within the luxury travel market.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking referrals events and personal relationships.
• Develop long-term client relationships and grow repeat business and referrals.
• Build strategic partnerships with luxury hotels resorts private aviation yacht companies concierge firms travel partners and premium lifestyle brands.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to conversion and relationship management.
• Work closely with the travel team to create personalized and bespoke travel experiences.
• Represent the brand at relevant luxury travel and networking events.
• Take ownership of your pipeline client portfolio and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate

• 5 years of experience in business development luxury travel luxury hospitality concierge premium lifestyle or a similar relationship-driven sector.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and ability to build and own a personal book of business.
• A strong existing network within the UAE luxury and travel ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Excellent networking relationship management negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Self-motivated commercially driven and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
• Genuine passion for luxury travel exceptional experiences and high-touch service.
